Before uno, Crystal spent nine years working in customer service roles, furthering her skills in building rapport and nurturing customers to ensure they get the best outcome. Coming from a personal finance background she has a wide knowledge of credit checks, and years of experience working closely alongside brokers to make the application process from the very beginning to settlement a smooth and easy one. Crystal particularly strives when it comes to ensuring she is up-to-date with the latest policies and procedures. On a personal note, she’s a dog-lover and a ballet, tap and jazz dancer… and all of that means she’s a great person to have around.
