  • As a Customer Service Consultant you will be responsible for :
  • Providing a seamless customer service experience through timely and accurate response to all customer enquiries via inbound calls, email and chat
  • Educating customers on uno’s customer value proposition (Active Home Loan Management)
  • Supporting the business grow an engaged pool of Actively Managed Home Loan Customers through execution of outbound campaigns
  • Contributing to the ongoing improvement of uno processes 


Role Desirable Skills & Attributes:

  • Previous experience in providing customer service
  • Knowledge of financial service products
  • Confidence in calling people and starting conversations
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills
  • Digital services experience in managing communications online using various web tools and workflow applications
  • Tech savvy
