As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will drive digital marketing performance and channel growth through Paid Search, Facebook and Programmatic. You will be passionate about delivering tangible results for a fast growing early stage business. You will be organised, efficient and have amazing stakeholder management skills in order to build trusted relationships with internal and external clients and teams.
- Deliver the overarching paid digital media strategy.
- Manage and execute always on acquisition campaigns across Paid Search, Display, Social and Other Channels.
- Find new digital opportunities for uno to scale and achieve efficient customer acquisition.
- Manage and operate key technology platforms, such as Adobe AdCloud, to execute paid media campaigns.
- Improve the targeting of our digital programs based on buyer persona, segment-specific attributes, buying behaviour.
- Data analysis, research and reporting.
