Earning Points

Can I receive this offer in conjunction with other offers?

This offer is not available with any other offers, unless specified.

Is the loanScore 1,000 Points offer only available to existing Velocity members?

If you are not an existing Velocity member, as long as you join Velocity and provide your Velocity Frequent Flyer number when you subscribe to loanScore you can be eligible to get the Points.

I am an existing loanScore subscriber, is the 1,000 Points offer available to me too?

No, the offer is only available to new loanScore subscribers during the promotional period. However, if you settle a loan during the promotional period you may be eligible for 150,000 Points.

What if I forget to provide my Velocity Frequent Flyer number when I sign up to loanScore, can I get the points offer?

Yes, if you signed up during the promotional period you can contact uno at contact@unohomeloans.com.au to add in your Velocity Frequent Flyer number within 3 months of signing up to still get the points.

What is the promotional period for the 1,000 Points offer?

The 1,000 Points promotional period will run between 20/02/2020 and 31/05/2021.

What is the promotional period for the 150,000 Points offer?

The 150,000 Velocity Points offer is available to customers who complete an Eligible Application between 20/02/2020 and 31/05/2021 and settle by 31/07/2021.

Is the settlement offer of 150,000 bonus Points only available to existing Velocity members?

No, as long as you meet the eligibility criteria you can take up the offer.

When will I receive my settlement Points?

Points will be awarded to your Velocity account within 14 days of meeting the eligibility criteria and settling your loan.

When will I receive my loanScore Points?

Points will be awarded to your Velocity account within 14 days of meeting the eligibility criteria.

I have met the eligibility criteria but haven’t received my Points? What do i do?

Please allow up to 14 working days for your Points to appear in your Velocity Account. If you have not received these points within this period, you can contact uno at contact@unohomeloans.com.au

When don’t I earn Velocity Points?

If your Velocity Frequent Flyer email name and number don’t match up with loanScore subscription and/or settled loan, the points won’t be allocated to you. Also, if you subscribe outside of the promotional period you won’t be eligible for the points.

I put in the wrong Velocity Frequent Flyer ID to earn points, can I change it?

Yes, please contact uno by email on contact@unohomeloans.com.au to let us know.

Points Redemption

What can I get with my points?

Once Velocity Points are credited to your Velocity Account you can redeem them for your choice of rewards. Select from domestic and international flights, accommodation, car hire and more. You can also redeem your Points at the Velocity Rewards Store. For more information, visit the Velocity Frequent Flyer website.

How long do I have to use my Points?

How do I keep track of my Points?

You can view all your Velocity Account information online. Simply log in with your Velocity membership number and password.
