Very happy to finally announce/release our settlement gift for UNO Home Loans brokers' clients 😍
I held off doing this for a while (like 4 years) until I was happy we could put something great both into the world and into the hands of our clients 👐
It need to be beautiful, durable, useful and different
100% of our clients have a property in Australia so we wanted to use the moment to celebrate both Australia the country and the shared identify of being Australian.
What could be more Australian than showcasing this beautiful country and giving you something you’d be proud to take out there when you go see it!
Here's what we did
Worked closely with Layla Saleeba, founder of Tribal Friday, who have long created a line of beautiful, eye catching and incredibly well made towels, perfect for the beach, the park or the playground, we then got this embroidered with the UNO logo. Ultimately we plan to release our own line of towels which you can only get if you are a UNO client (or work for UNO)
Found an amazing Australian landscape photographer, Paul Pichugin, and licensed a selection of of his stunning photos that we feel capture the essence of Australia the country, to serve as our thank you cards
To ensure we leave the lightest footprint possible we worked with Hero Packaging to use both their compostable bag and compostable mailers
When a UNO loan settles for a client we handwrite the thank you note and using Sendle (who carbon offset all their package sending by default) we get one of these beautiful towels out in a matter of days
We hope they bring our clients joy, are useful and are a small reminder of our commitment to providing them with Epic Service for the entire time they have a loan
