How uno’s team shaved $45k off Amy’s loans

Even though our name is uno and our plan is to be Number 1, we work as a team to help our customers.

A few days ago, Amy B left us this very kind (and well earned) review. Amy B recently took out a loan with uno after contacting two local brokers – neither of whom, she writes, “maintained any contact” with her.

After seeing uno’s latest ad on TV, Amy B got in touch, hoping to find a better rate on her home loans and a slightly better structure.

What struck me about Amy’s review was not that uno was able to help her (that’s our job) and not that her local brokers couldn’t (we hear that a lot). What struck me was the number of uno employees who worked hard to achieve what Amy B wanted – and how easy they made the process for her.

Maria listened to her wants and needs and gave her the confidence that uno could help. Stephen shared his knowledge and friendly demeanour and set everything up for a good deal; and Remonda handled the forms and settlement process – with a few other team members stepping in to assist while she went on leave. Amy B writes:

“Remonda would reply almost instantly and no question seemed to be a hassle to her. We settled today and the process has been beyond our wildest dreams. I would recommend uno to anyone and everyone!”

What Amy B doesn’t mention is that uno was able to slash her current interest rates and find her rates that were much lower, saving her almost $45,000 in interest over the life of the loan.

Even though our name is uno and our plan is to be Number 1, we work as a team. And even though you may have heard amazing things about our exclusive technology, the truth is our people play as important a role in the home loan process. The people at uno do what we do together to help customers like Amy B – and you.
